The goal of the Commonwealth Resource Platforms is to address the skills gap in high-demand and in-demand jobs in Commonwealth Member States by supporting open learning, online education, and other alternatives.

The Commonwealth Secretariat and Intel have collaborated to create a free online platform called Introduction to AI for Youth Modules, which equips youth with social skills and AI technology in an inclusive way. The program gave young people access to social and technical skills like problem-solving, AI ethics, security, and computer vision as well as statistical data and natural language processing.
