MTN Global Graduate Program 2024
The Global Graduate Development Programme of MTN aims to identify, nurture, and expedite the development of exceptional graduates from throughout MTN’s presence in Africa and the Middle East. Through the program, gifted people can quickly advance into important positions at MTN and have a privileged experience.

The MTN Graduate Development Programme integrates on-the-job training through full employment and placement into a strategically aligned function with formal development provided by the MTN Academy. Modules from MTN’s three regional learning centers—located in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa—are included in the formal component.
Application Requirements
- Graduated no sooner than 2021 with a minimum grade of HND Upper Credit or Second Class Upper Division (2:1).
- Need to have obtained a valid certificate upon completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in September 2023.
- English language proficiency is required.
- A current international passport is required.
