- Male applicants must be 1.7 meters tall, while female applicants must be 1.64 meters tall.

General Information to Candidates
- The applicant must be a naturalized citizen of Nigeria. Applicants are cautioned not to submit forged documents or fraudulent information. If at any point fraudulent documents or false information is found, the application will be disqualified and will face legal action.
- Candidates must have at least Upper Credit for holders of an HND and Second Class Upper Division for holders of a First degree. In every industry, having computer literacy will be advantageous.
- Applicants must have certificates attesting to their complete registration with the relevant Nigerian statutory professional bodies.
- Candidates with credentials from outside universities should make sure the Federal Ministry of Education has validated them, and copies of all certificates must be turned in at designated aptitude test locations.
- The O’level West African Examination Certificate (WAEC), along with any additional results, like NECO, must be shown by all applicants. English and mathematics credits are required.
- A letter of exemption from or a NYSC discharge certificate is a mandatory prerequisite for enlistment.
- The minimum height requirement for male applicants is 1.68 meters, while the minimum height requirement for female applicants is 1.65 meters.
- By March 25, 2024, applicants must be between the ages of 22 and 28. With the exception of medical officers, who shouldn’t be older than thirty.
- A properly signed letter of attestation from the leaders of their units is required for serving personnel, soldiers, rating/airmen, and other paramilitary services personnel.

Applicants should be aware that there is no cost associated with the unique enlisting process and should abstain from paying money to anyone under any pretense.
